Colorful Unicorn Filled Wedding | Amanda & John | Hillsborough, Tx

I can’t believe it’s been well over a year since we shot this wedding and we’re just now posting it to our site. It was by far one of the most fun and craziest weddings we’ve shot. I(Nick) had to subvert my inclination towards controlled neutral color palettes and embrace of the wonderful Lisa Frank vibes (although more 70s pastel) and I’m so glad I did.

We met these two what feels like ages ago and immediately fell in love with Amanda’s vision for their wedding and we had so much fun seeing how it all panned out. They took a minimalist and already beautiful venue (The Eagle Historic Warehouse) and filled it with colorful unicorns, clouds, and rainbows and even had the closest thing to real unicorns you can get. They had a projector with Mario Kart for their guests and even made a place setting for their dog.

As wedding photographers, our favorite thing is seeing people be themselves and put their own unique mark on their wedding day and we are so grateful these two chose us to capture it.
